Position Highlights:
The Employer Relations Liaison strategically cultivates and strengthens relationships with contracted Moffitt Connect employers and their employee bases to maximize the Moffitt Connect program benefits and resulting outcomes. They liaison must have a strong track record in developing healthcare-related and / or employer relationships with referral sources in a defined territory and educate on services offered. Provides business intelligence and insights to leadership of Employer Strategy. This position will aim to support increasing Moffitt Connect referrals & utilization by improving customer satisfaction and deepening employer & employee knowledge of Moffitt through a variety of outreach efforts.
This position is expected to spend at least 85% of their time in the field working independently and up to 15% of time dedicated to collaborating with the Field Marketing Director as well as internal customers
The Ideal Candidate:
- Healthcare experience particularly with a hospital or healthcare system.
- Prefer some experience in nursing, pharmaceutical/medical device sales, marketing or social work.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products (e.g. Excel)
- Experience in data analysis
Responsibilities:
Cultivation and engagement of contracted Moffitt Connect employer relationships/partnerships
- Manage relationships with contracted employers / Moffitt Connect members
- Document outreach efforts on employers by entering daily calls in CRM; provide customer service to all targeted accounts
- Identify opportunities for MMG within Moffitt Connect relationships
- Maintain reach and frequency goals associated with targeted accounts and minimum field activity goals
- Serve as subject matter expert on employer outreach efforts, will works both independently and with the director to identify and implement best practices that support more efficient and effective work performance
Support new patient growth, as well as Moffitt's screening, prevention and cancer education programs.
- Develop strategies to inform, educate and communicate programs and services to employers to grow the program and increase patient volumes
- Report on achieved results, problems and new opportunities which will contribute to increased utilization of services
Assist in improving customer satisfaction in areas which directly affect the hospital's ability to improve relationships with employers
- Understands challenges and needs of employers and works on ways to minimize challenges and strengthen relationships
- Ongoing communication with corporate departments and cancer programs to enhance employer partnerships
- Communicate recommendations for changes in procedures, programs and facilities
Supports ongoing development of employer strategy
- Participates / supports strategic planning focused on the employer strategy including input into development of new and existing products
- Supports execution of employer event including content development and outreach to increase
Credentials and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, Healthcare Administration/Services or related field required
- Minimum of seven (7) years professional experience in the healthcare or sales fields
- Master’s degree preferred.
